Physical products

You may return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will explain how to send the item back. Refunds are made to the original payment method once we receive the return.

Digital products

Digital products can be downloaded immediately, so they are not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty or not as described.
